Welcome & introduction

Hey, welcome to "30 Days to Abundance"... I really hope you enjoy this series! It is one of my favourites :)

This series was created in the Summer of 2018. I realised it over 6 weeks (5 a week, Monday to Friday) so I have grouped the sessions by weeks, so you can follow that schedule if you want. Or do them over 30 days. Whatever feels good for you!

Take each session as it comes, and see when feels right for you for the next session.

If you forget about them mid-way you don't need to start again, see how you feel.

Put a post-it somewhere you will see you daily to remind you, or put a reminder or alarm on your phone, or write in your schedule... whatever will remind you to do the daily sessions.
